Thank you for choosing Scran Seasonings! We are dedicated to getting our high-quality blends from our kitchen to your table as quickly and safely as possible.

Below you will find the details of our shipping policy.

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within [1–2 / 2–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: During high-volume periods (like holidays or major sales), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order size and destination.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to United Kingdom & Northern Ireland.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Scran Seasonings is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@scranseasonings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

Because we ship food products, safety is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or contaminated in any way, please let us know immediately.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and email us at support@scranseasonings.com within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the damaged item and packaging

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit.
